Our team of Online Home Consultants is eager to answer your questions about our unique process.

Melissa Lynn Galland

My passion for homebuilding dates back to early childhood when my father and uncle started up a construction company in California. After nearly two decades of marketing experience, I was honored to join the Adair Homes team in 2015. I am proud to promote our message of affordable quality homes so that even more future homeowners can realize their dream. Rooted in the PNW; you are likely to find me hiking, volunteering in my daughter's theater group, or curled up with a good book when I am not when I am not coordinating our advertising efforts or dreaming up creative concepts that might make the customer experience a little more enjoyable.

Its spacious, open-concept design makes it extremely functional for young families, empty-nesters, multigenerational living, and everyone in between. Just like its namesake, the Mt. Rainier plan offers drama and beauty that never gets old.

Advantages of Building Custom: 5 Reasons to Build Instead of Buy

Over the next several years, the dream of building a home will be within reach for many Americans. That’s exciting news if you’re looking to upgrade to a new home in 2018.

Several forces are guiding this trend. First, the economy in many parts of the country has rebounded from the recession, which is strengthening people’s purchasing power. Meanwhile, affordable yet high-quality home builders like Adair help to make the dream of building a new home more achievable than it was for previous generations.

But how does building a new custom home compare to buying a pre-built one? If you’re like most homeowners, you want to make sure that your next choice is a smart investment. Let’s take a look at some of the advantages of building a custom home so you can decide if it is right for you.
