The complete remodel of our South Puget Sound office is finally done, and it looks great. The local contractors we used did a great job of installing new siding, building a covered porch, adding a fresh coat of paint and totally redoing the interior with new hardwood floors, carpeting, trim and a new cabinet display. If you've driven by our 2303 93rd Ave SW address recently, you know we even updated the graphics on the sign. If you're in the neighborhood, please feel welcome to stop in and see all the improvements. While you're there you can also visit our new 2659 model home. With 4 bedrooms, a master on the main design, and an open living concept, it's one of our most popular plans. Don't be too surprised if it starts you thinking about a new, custom Adair home. What a year it's been and it's not even half over. Only weeks ago we celebrated the grand opening of our new West Puget Sound office. Now we're doing the same for a brand new location in Mount Vernon. This office marks Adair's thirteenth location in all, and our second to open during 2013. We are now building throughout the ENTIRE state of Washington and look forward to building many more homes this year.

Adair Homes is very excited that our South Puget Sound Office in Olympia, WA can start to unveil a beautiful new model home. The 1700 square foot home they used for almost ten years was really cozy, but construction materials and techniques, especially for saving energy, have changed so much. We feel it is important to show customers what we build into our homes today. The best part of building the new model is that we were able to donate the old home to a deserving local family who moved it to a lot near our office.

... And the newest one to date, is a must-do. Located at 3500 NW Bucklin Hill Road, Suite 100, our West Puget Sound office serves Kitsap, Clallam, Jefferson, Pierce and Mason counties Tuesday through Saturday from 10am - 6pm.

Adair Homes is excited to announce another new floor plan. Our 2104 features an open design with 3 or 4 bedrooms and can be built without a garage if needed. This split bedroom plan offers additional privacy from the other rooms, but the common living areas are spacious and designed for comfort and functionality. With minimal transitions, such as hallways, this home offers an efficient use of the square footage with more usable space. The formal dining room right off the kitchen allows interaction between the two spaces all while providing a more private setting. If a formal dining room is not for you, don't worry- you can change it to a den or a fourth bedroom. Two great features of the kitchen include a large island and walk-in pantry.
