Adair Homes is very excited that our South Puget Sound Office in Olympia, WA can start to unveil a beautiful new model home. The 1700 square foot home they used for almost ten years was really cozy, but construction materials and techniques, especially for saving energy, have changed so much. We feel it is important to show customers what we build into our homes today. The best part of building the new model is that we were able to donate the old home to a deserving local family who moved it to a lot near our office.
The new model home is our very popular 2659 floor plan. The main floor will showcase Adair's various finish types – including Classic, Traditions, and Signature – So you can see, touch, and compare them. We've left the upper floor unfinished to allow inspection of our expert framing techniques and quality materials.
We'll be posting pictures as construction progresses. We think you'll find it interesting to watch it take shape. We've just finished framing, and we're getting ready to paint and insulate. You can see more pictures on our Facebook page at facebook.com/AdairSouthPugetSound.

April 5, 2013 – Our framing crew is on-site and the home is quickly taking shape. Our framers really do an outstanding job. Their craftsmanship and professional attitude is first-rate. Passers-by are talking about how fast we're moving. One man said, "It wasn't even started when I went to work this morning. When I came home the lower floor was already finished."
April 10, 2013 – Today was roofing day. The roofers did an excellent job. They took us from "sheeted to completed" almost before we knew it. You'll be able to see the same kind of quick-but-quality results in your Adair home.
April 15, 2013 – We've started installing siding and windows. This is an interesting point in construction because you can see our quality materials and workmanship first-hand. The people building our new model home will also build yours. So this is a great time to see just how good a job they do.
May 21, 2013 – Exterior painting is done and it looks beautiful. The painters who did the job are available to do the same quality work on your home. It's easy to see why we regularly recommend them to our clients. We're also adding sheetrock downstairs, with interior painting to be completed next. Stay tuned and watch us grow.
