Does Adair Homes build-out subdivisions? 

No. You won’t find an Adair Homes subdivision in the Treasure Valley. But you will find many homes we’ve built! Adair Homes is an on-your-lot builder. We will build anywhere you want to live.

How do I find a lot?

Good question! We suggest narrowing your focus to a particular area in which you’d like to live—and then enlisting the help of a Realtor who specializes in land sales. We are happy to provide a list of Realtors and resources to help in your search—and once you find a prospective piece of property—we’ll come do a site evaluation at no cost to you. How do I finance the lot? Aren’t construction loans difficult to get?

Adair Homes’ special relationship with our sister-company, Alliance Financial Services, means that our clients can access construction financing that rolls into a home loan at completion of construction. Alliance Financial offers many different loan packages—including VA, FHA, and conventional loan options—and they work hard to help every Adair client get the best rate with financing as low as zero down. 

What kind of home does Adair build? Is it modular?

Adair Homes builds true stick-built, custom homes. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to create livable floorplans, quality finishes, and positive equity from Day One. How do we do it? Our unique homebuilding system gives our clients, you, opportunities to do some of the work and earn sweat equity in return. Setting up temporary power, site cleanup, and painting are just a few of the easy jobs that many of our clients take over in order to increase their equity position at move-in.
