We aren’t buying large tracts of land and developing neighborhoods as you might see in expanding suburban areas. The Meaning

So, what does “on-your-lot '' mean? The answer is fairly simple; an on-your-lot Home Builder is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a builder who will construct your new home on your land. The builder does not provide the land, but instead builds the home on land that the homebuyer owns.  If you don’t already own land, don’t worry . . . 

Finding Land

The majority of Adair Homes’ customers are still in the process of acquiring land, and that’s okay. We understand that finding your ideal property is a journey unto itself. And if you’re starting the process from the very beginning—hooray! Adair has many resources available to clients to assist in finding land—and financing it.

Did you know that the costs related to land can be easily wrapped into a construction loan? Our friends at Alliance Financial work exclusively with Adair clients to offer construction financing at great rates. 

We recommend you find a builder before you find your land. You might be thinking, you are a builder, of course you recommend finding a builder first. There are several advantages to this and we outline the top 3 reasons below:
