Our 3217 plan is one of our most popular homes and over the weekend we allowed the public to tour it! This lovely home in Clatskanie, OR has features such as custom Beech Copper cabinets, both tile and wood flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances! Check out some pictures from our Central Washington open house event showing our 2512 Plan! This home is nestled right in East Wenatchee and was built through our office in Yakima. It features stainless steel appliances, an enlarged master suite with soaking tub and double sinks, an elegant atrium door, gas fireplace with tile, and a patio cover in the backyard. This home brings in a lot of natural light with large windows through the kitchen, dining and living areas as well. The second floor is open, with a family room as the central point, and 4 bedrooms surrounding it. Aspen white custom cabinets and craftsman interior trim are some of the detailed features that really make this home stand out. There is also a 3rd bay garage, and HVAC system for added offering superior energy efficiency.

There are many special features that make our 2659 model one of our most popular. These features begin when you walk in the front door. The den with the double doors off of the entry hall creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The oversized laundry room, which gives access from the garage to the entry hall includes a large number of cabinets, a pantry and a sink. Also off the entry hallway is the powder room for easy access by your guests.
As you continue down the entry hall you see the beautiful and large kitchen with ample storage and a beautiful, well designed island with sink. The open great room concept with the kitchen, dining and living all visible at the end of entry hall gives the home a spacious and open feel.

The complete remodel of our South Puget Sound office is finally done, and it looks great. The local contractors we used did a great job of installing new siding, building a covered porch, adding a fresh coat of paint and totally redoing the interior with new hardwood floors, carpeting, trim and a new cabinet display. If you've driven by our 2303 93rd Ave SW address recently, you know we even updated the graphics on the sign. If you're in the neighborhood, please feel welcome to stop in and see all the improvements. While you're there you can also visit our new 2659 model home. Adair Homes is very excited that our South Puget Sound Office in Olympia, WA can start to unveil a beautiful new model home. The 1700 square foot home they used for almost ten years was really cozy, but construction materials and techniques, especially for saving energy, have changed so much. We feel it is important to show customers what we build into our homes today. The best part of building the new model is that we were able to donate the old home to a deserving local family who moved it to a lot near our office.
