One of the most compelling reasons to build a custom home is the ability to design the house to meet your lifestyle. Room separation, hallway width, number of windows for natural light—all these home attributes can be addressed in the home design before a single stake hits the ground. The way you want to live in your dream home is foundational to the choice of floorplan. And if you like to entertain—well—there are certain elements we know you’ll find valuable in your new construction here in Arizona.

The Graham

Sparkling mornings, beautiful sunsets, and year-round warm weather mean homes in Arizona practically require an element of indoor-outdoor living. It’s no surprise then, that our number one desired homeplan in the Arizona area is the Graham. It’s spacious, open concept floorplan lives big—and allows friends, family, and the neighbors down the street, to comfortably move around between the kitchen, dining room, living room, and outside patio.

If you’re looking for the ultimate ‘flow’ in a one-level ranch, the Graham is an entertainer’s dream.

The Willow

The Willow provides the same open-living concept (albeit a slightly smaller footprint than the Graham), in a single-level rambler-style plan. This plan also includes an optional covered patio—a must-have for your year-round outdoor living and entertaining space. The heartbeat of this home is in its’ center, with the eating and living spaces intertwined—a delightful detail for those who want their ‘people’ close at hand.

If you want to make guacamole and watch football at the same time, the Willow is your ideal home.

The Saxon

You know that home. The one that catches your eye as you’re driving by. This is the Saxon. Attractively designed with curb appeal for miles, this house has the potential for both a covered front porch and a large outdoor-enthusiasts’ back patio. The Saxon is another single-level, open-living concept floorplan that allows for easy entertaining. The main living space is open and voluminous with plenty of natural light streaming in from both sides of the home.

If beauty both inside and out appeal to you, the Saxon deserves another look.

The Meridian

Are you a foodie? A mixologist-master? King of the kitchen? Queen of the party? The Meridian is the plan for you. With an oversized island to gather around and an enormous Great Room with a vaulted ceiling, it’s the perfect place to get together—and stay together. With all the bedrooms located on the opposite end of the home, the party doesn’t have to end with the youngest’s bedtime.

Enjoying your evening? Make it last with the Meridian.

The Cheyenne

For those Downtown Abbey enthusiasts, the Cheyenne brings back the glamour and sensibility of the walk-through butler’s pantry and additional walk-in food and sundry storage. It simply makes sense to have all your entertaining necessities at hand when the mood strikes. The Cheyenne’s dramatic vaulted entry will welcome your guests into the heart of the home—where they will truly be treated like royalty.
