1. We're Not Exclusive

There is no fine print to read. We really aren’t exclusive! Even after referring your customer to us, they remain YOUR customer. With your guidance, they may choose to buy an existing home, buy an available lot, or choose to work with another builder entirely. We exist to build beautiful homes on our customer’s lots. Period.

If you haven’t been able to locate the ideal resale home, building new is a viable option with Adair. Every single one of our plans is customizable, so add a bedroom! Expand the kitchen. The details you’re looking for are available here.

2. We Offer Financing

We are a one-stop-shop. Your clients can benefit from a single construction-to-permanent financing package without the large down payment. Our process is simple and budget-friendly. We also offer multiple types of loan packages to assist customers in a variety of different financial situations.

3. We Do the Work

Don’t worry about finding the land; we’ll pay commission either way. We are more than happy to directly help your customer find the correct property for their future home. We specialize in land development and procurement; placing a house on the right land is something we take very seriously. Our advising is free of charge, and we have a plethora of resources to aid your customer in identifying scattered lots and land.

If you do have land listings, we will list them for free on our website! We also offer free signage for your property listings, with your information included!
