Customer Referrals
We are committed to working with our Real Estate friends and offering competitive commission rates (3%!) when you refer us a new client who builds their home with Adair.
It doesn’t matter if your client doesn’t have property today. Every one of our Realtor partners takes home a 3% commission of the finished base home price, simply by virtue of their referral. No extra work is necessary.
Land Listings
Adair is actively looking for properties on which our customers can build. If you have land for sale, we likely have a buyer. Realtors can earn up to 3% commission for listing a land home package with Adair and referring the customer who builds on that land.
If we sell a home off of your approved listing, but you didn't refer the client, you'll still earn a 1.5% commission!
This is a great way to advertise the vision for bare land. Many times buyers are unable to ‘see’ the finished product in their minds’ eye. By creating a listing with a proposed building site and home rendering, potential buyers are better able to envision a finished product and grab ahold of the dream! We believe there is an Adair Home for everyone.
