You asked, and we listened! We always ask our customers and homebuyers which features are most important to them in a new home, and after hearing all of your feedback, the results are in. We have added some exciting new features to our list of included features and raising the bar for what is considered "standard" in a new build.
The newest additions to our Base House Specification list are:
- Can lights in the kitchen
- Dual sinks in the master bathroom
- Kitchen island in all plans that have an island
- MDF trim
- Flat top oven in white, black and stainless options
These customer-favorite features are now available as part of our Base House Specification, making it that much easier for you to afford your ideal home. We start with the best, so your home is built to a higher standard. These new standard features add value and quality to your home. Can lights bring a modern, light-filled look to your kitchen, and the standard kitchen island (in qualifying floor plans) creates a central hub for family life. Dual sinks in the master bath solves those bathroom squabbles over who gets the sink first (thanks honey!). And, colonial-style MDF trim and the flat-top oven add class, style and function to your home.
In addition to these exciting changes to our included features, we are also now offering fully engineered plans.
Making the change to fully engineered plans helps to ensure your home meets the highest structural standards. Other benefits to our customers include less fees on custom options! The only fee you will be charged when customizing your Adair Home will be the drafting fee and the cost of the actual change.
