Do you love time-honored design elements? Tasteful, gracious, and reserved, the Classic home exterior package offers beauty in simple details. What stands out most in this design is the clean lines, which makes it both classic and modern at the same time. In the Classic, you can clearly see the high-quality materials used in the James Hardie© fiber cement siding to protect your home and give it a handsome appearance.
Traditions
The Traditions home exterior package features a timeless look. Traditions are very similar in look and feel to the Signature package, yet not as ornate or intricate. It creates a traditional design that appeals to a wide range of homeowners. Because this package is built with James Hardie©, you’ll enjoy quality craftsmanship for decades to come.
Signature
Similar to Traditions, the Signature home exterior package is ageless and will outlive trends and fads. This package often includes the sophisticated embellishments that suggest an eye for detail. Although you will find rustic flourishes prominently featured in this design, the Signature is always elegant and refined.
Craftsman
The Craftsman exterior package knows the difference is in the details, with open porches, a low-pitched gable roof, and projecting eaves. It uses natural materials, and many of our Craftsman packages include the tell-tale tapered columns on the front porch. Also of special note are the multi pane windows. Impressions
Stylistically, the Impressions exterior package is classic in its design and is similar to Signature and Traditions. What sets it apart is all of the little touches. Shutters, bold columns, two paned windows, and many special extras that call to mind a classic New England-style manor.
Farmhouse
The Farmhouse style combines country character with just enough modern touches. Here, the Hardie© siding features a vertical style that gives the home a welcoming, farmhouse feel. Details such as wider front porches and barn-style garage doors also add to the character and charm of this design.
The Riada Collection
Our newest exterior style is the Riada Collection, which is a blend of modern and contemporary. Here, the Hardie© siding features an Artisan V Groove siding as well as a stunning flat panel. The roofline is completely unique in this collection and will vary from an angled roof to a low pitch hip --- whichever works best for the plan.
