Our host will walk you through the home plan step-by-step. Feel free to ask questions as the tour progresses. Your guide will point out Adair’s standard features, and upgraded elements, too. In the Cashmere Plan, the plate line (or height of the ceiling) was raised from 8 feet to 10 feet. It’s a fantastic upgrade that opens the home’s volume considerably. You’ll also be able to get an up close look at the beautiful brushed nickel hardware throughout the house and the coffer tray ceiling details in many rooms.
Standard + Custom Options
This Cashmere plan is a great blend of standard options and upgraded Adair Homes features.
The entry features recessed can lighting—but you’ll see the standard ceiling lights in the rest of the home.
In the Primary Suite Bathroom, you’ll be able to take a look at the standard dual vanity layout—with an upgraded countertop.
You’ll also be able to see the soaker tub upgrade and fully tiled shower with glass panel doors.

Plan Layout

These owners added windows in the Primary Suite to take advantage of their amazing views—and eliminated the slider door option in the Great Room. Little changes like that personalize the home, and create a living space that’s meant for just you.
