Top 5 Adair Homes Floorplans of 2022

The Oswego

Number one on the list? The Oswego. This plan appeals to so many people in different regions because it is a single-story home with customizable features and spaces throughout. The open concept is alive and well in the Oswego, creating a central hub for entertaining, family gathering, and late-night hot cocoas at the large kitchen island. This plan also offers a sizable shop in the garage—perfect for woodworking, hobbies, or outdoor recreational equipment storage. The Winchester
