TYPES OF QUALIFYING LOANS
Adair Financial is able to create a loan package for just about anyone. If you have land and want to build a custom home, we can almost certainly help you finance the project.
Adair Financial is able to offer the following four types of loans with the promotional rates:
Conventional loans up to $726,200, the current maximum conforming limit. This is a Fannie Mae loan.
Conventional high-balance loans are available only for King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. These Fannie Mae loans have a max value of $977,500.
FHA loans. Each of these products contains loan limits with a minimum of $477,000. Maximum loan value to be extended to $977,500 for King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties only.
Veterans Administration Loans. These loan limits are dependent upon Veteran eligibility; with qualification, these loans can exceed $726,200.
