It is a privilege to create that safe and beautiful place for our customers,” says Jessica. “I come from a background of building student housing, so minimizing the process to a single home has been exciting.”

As a Home Ownership Counselor,” says Jessica, “I have the privilege of sitting down with the customer and helping them determine what they want. I tell them about what goes into the home building process, and once they decide to move forward we get to have the fun design meeting where we make sure that every wall is exactly where they want it—and pick out the fun things that make it [the home] theirs.”
Jessica goes on to say, “The design meeting is my favorite part of the process. Helping the customer bring everything together; whether it’s a very calm and cohesive design or a very colorful and joyful place. That’s what I enjoy the most.”

“I love the Winchester,” says Jessica. “It is a split floorplan with the primary suite on one side of the home and the other bedrooms on the other side of the home. The kitchen, dining and great room are in the middle, focused on a great expanse of windows and a sliding door to embrace the views out the back of the home.”
“I also love the Cascades plan; it is a two story home that features an open great room and a huge wall of windows. It is really a beautiful plan.”
