It’s our job to make those financial decisions, design choices, and the build process as a whole go as smoothly as possible—and we understand that a key component to less stress is a cohesive Adair team that functions as a single unit.

In order to provide that seamless team spirit, Adair invests in a culture committee that seeks to keep our employees in harmony. We utilize internal recognition to foster team collaboration and growth and award outstanding contributions at our annual meetings. Careers in building begin with Adair (we love to promote from within); it’s one more reason we continue to obtain  Great Place to Work® certifications and awards year after year.

We were gratified to receive our latest internal poll results—98% of our employees report that Adair is a welcoming and safe environment in which to work, and employees are treated fairly regardless of gender, race, or sexual orientation.
