When the Hansen Family met with the Adair Pro Team in Tempe, Arizona, they were interested in building new construction. As they went about researching the home building process, Adair kept coming out on top. “There are several factors that resulted in our choice to build with Adair.
First off, Quality was at the top of our list when looking for a builder. We have lived in several different home styles and quickly realized the difference between quick and cheap and quality work. Customer service was also high on the list.
We knew that building a new home can be trying on a family and couple. Having a communicative, honest, and supportive customer service department was important to us to alleviate hardships. Adair is unique as a builder because they have entire teams supporting you through the entire process. Most builders you are dealing with a Construction manager or superintendent who has several other jobs going at the same time. Having the team has enabled us to get through challenges quickly and effectively.”
The Hansen’s also made it clear that they wanted to participate in as many of Adair’s sweat equity opportunities as were available. Building wealth while sticking to their budget was priority number one. “When I tell others that we have been blessed to build a brand new house, on property with our modest finishes and stay well under the market value of dollar per square foot, they can’t believe it.”

“...we had a good idea of what finishes we wanted. The design center had a great selection of colors, textures, and styles to meet our wants. Even better than that was being able to pick items knowing the exact value and details of what was included.
Probably our favorite part of the design center was the customer service. We never felt pressured to spend more money or to upgrade to anything we didn’t want. It felt like we were making design choices with a friend and not a salesman.”
Choosing the Cheyenne plan was another decision born of deep investigation and review. “Our new home’s floorplan was a big conversation piece in our home ever since we made the goal to build our own home.
We have spent countless hours reviewing floorplans online, walking through spec homes and custom homes, and even drawing our own floor plans. When we found the Cheyenne floorplan it had every detail we were wanting without having to add or modify anything.”
