It’s almost officially summer, and here at Adair Homes summer is one of our favorite seasons. Why? Because summer is the perfect time to visit one of our custom home Open House events! We’re kicking off this summer with June Open House events throughout Washington and Oregon.
Our Open House events are your opportunity to walk through a custom home that’s currently under construction for an Adair Homes customer. And that’s great news because every single home we build is completely unique. Every customer has a different creative vision based on their lifestyle, budget, and family. That means that during an Open House event you’ll discover exciting design ideas that you may not have even considered before.
Here are just a few of the ways that visiting an Open House event can help you design your own custom home.
Walk Through Your Floor Plan
Have you selected a custom home floor plan, but want to experience what it feels like to walk through it? Find an Open House event that features the same floor plan to see how it feels to wander through the kitchen, peek in the bedrooms, and stand in the master suite. This will ignite your imagination about ways you can design your own custom home.
See, Touch, and Feel the Finishes
You have your heart set on the dark stained cabinets, but how would they really look in your kitchen? Our Open House events are invaluable as you design your home because you can see homes of customers who made similar selections. This can include exterior design, flooring, counters, cabinetry and lighting fixtures (just to name a few).
Seeing the selections you’ve chosen in a home under construction will help you make design selections with greater confidence.
