Find me on:

Though the weather outside is frightful, this floor plan is so delightful. We’re delighted to show you our newest custom home floor plan, the Cashmere. This sprawling ranch style plan is the largest single story design we offer. It’s the perfect place to call home, and we know you’ll love it.

Let’s take a look at how the Cashmere is both luxurious and practical, and a home to keep you warm for years to come, no matter what stage of life you’re enjoying.

Young Families

Your family is new and possibly expanding. What better floor plan to go for than the roomy Cashmere? At 3,120 square feet, every room feels generous and large. You’ll find that the entire home feels open and accommodating. It’s perfect for those with growing families.

Young families love that the Cashmere is all on one level. No stairs means one less thing to worry about when you have little ones tottering around.

The bonus room is the perfect playroom. All the toys (and chaos) can be neatly contained in the oversized bonus room. It’s located near the back of the home but close to the kitchen, which means that mom and dad can prepare dinner and keep an eye on the kids.

Families with Teens

When the teen years roll around, you’ll love having a split floor plan with the master on one side of the home and the kids’ bedrooms on the other. This plan provides the perfect amount of privacy and spaciousness without feeling like you’re on different planets (even though sometimes you might be).

You’ll also love all of the opportunities the Cashmere gives you to bond together as a family. Use that amazing bonus room as a game room. Install a ping pong or billiards table, or even include retro styled arcade like Donkey Kong and Pacman and make it the hang-out spot for your teens and their friends.

There’s also a huge pantry included in this floor plan and, with growing teens, you’re going to need every inch of that space. If you love throwing dinner parties or hosting entertainment events at your home, this extra large walk-in pantry will assist you in keeping a well-stocked and prepared kitchen.

Empty Nester

The kids may have flown the coop, but there’s plenty of reasons to live in and love the Cashmere. If you plan on working from home, we love the idea of turning that bonus room into an office. It’s away from the noise and traffic of the living areas but located just close enough to the kitchen.

All work and no play is no fun. If you prefer to keep home separate from work, you’ll have plenty of room to pursue your passions without cluttering your home or getting in your spouse’s way. Each spouse gets his and her own room to explore your individual hobbies.

Speaking of getting your own room, have you checked out the Master closets in the Cashmere? The walk-in his and her closets are big enough to be considered rooms. The her closet is bigger though, as it should be. You’ve always wanted a boutique style closet-- here it is!

Retiree

You’ve paid your dues, and now it’s time to enjoy your life. We can’t think of a better way to live than in the Cashmere. You’ll be happy you have the space when family comes a-knockin’. Transform those empty bedrooms into warm and inviting guest rooms-- this is the Cashmere, after all.

Turn that bonus room into a miniature movie theatre with extra comfy recliner chairs, a projection tv, and even a nostalgic popcorn maker.

With no stairs to climb and every room on one level, you’ll enjoy the Cashmere for many years to come.

There is also the option to add a covered patio to your floor plan. Design a patio and enjoy the serene beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
