Every single home is customized for the person who lives there. When you build a custom home with us, it’s personal. And that starts with an exterior that you love every bit as much as you love the interior.

Each of the photos below are of the same plan - our popular 2,659 square foot Liberty plan. But as you can see each home is completely unique. In fact, you may never guess that all three homes are the exact same plan.
Signature Elevation (Version A)
For this home, the homeowners decided to add brown exterior stonework to the Signature elevation to give the home a rustic, elegant look. The neutral tones and white accents give the home a sophisticated and traditional curb appeal.
Signature Elevation (Version B)
For this version of the Liberty the homeowners opted for a side entry garage with windows to accentuate the curb appeal of this classic beauty. Gray stonework provides a stately contrast to the brown siding and tan shake.
Signature Elevation (Version C)
This homeowner opted for the timeless look of a classic yellow house. A wraparound porch with French doors that bring the outdoors in, make this the perfect home for indoor outdoor living. The side entry garage is out of sight to create a welcoming curb appeal for visitors.
