Whether you are planning for single-level living in the future or simply like having plenty of space to spread out, ranch-style floorplans are an excellent choice. This popular style offers many benefits, such as:

  • Large families can have their own spaces.
  • Master suite can be separated from other bedrooms.
  • There is no noise from floors above or below.
  • No stairs allow you to age in place.
  • The footprint can be compact or sprawling.
  • Conducive to indoor/outdoor living.
  • Easy to add onto in the future.

With more than two dozen ranch-style floorplans available, Adair Homes can help you build your dream home. These are just a few examples of our most popular one-level custom floorplans:

The Oswego

The Adair Homes plan with the highest demand is the Oswego. This open-concept home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms in less than 2,000 square feet, so it’s easy to maintain while providing plenty of room for the whole family. The great room combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas to keep people connected.

When you need some space, the large master suite provides the perfect retreat tucked in its own corner of the house. A two-car garage with an attached shop provides plenty of storage for tools, sports gear, toys, or gardening supplies. The cozy den provides even more space for a studio, home office, or craft room.

The Winchester

If you need an even smaller footprint with three beds and two baths, the Winchester has you covered with around 1,500 square feet. As your family changes over time, you can convert one bedroom into a den, office, or exercise room. Downsizers and first-time homebuilders are drawn to the Winchester for its efficient layout. This model also has the new Craftsman elevation option to bring some charm to the neighborhood.

Use this flex space as a separate playroom for the kids, a home office with a view, or even an additional bedroom for guests. The open kitchen is perfect for entertaining or keeping an eye on little ones while cooking, and a separate dining room provides a nice space formal dinners. The spacious master suite provides all of the privacy you need after a long day. With the optional spa upgrade to the master bath, you can make it a true oasis.

The Cashmere

As the largest of our ranch-style floorplans, the Cashmere is also one of the most popular. With more than 3,000 square feet, this sprawling ranch house has room for elegant touches like a foyer, a formal dining room, a den, and a large great room. Dual closets in the master bedroom offer plenty of storage and the bonus room can be converted to provide a total of four bedrooms.
