Have you heard? Our Design Night events are wildly popular! Based on demand we are excited to announce three new upcoming Design Night events in Olympia, WA, Aurora, OR and Redmond, OR. These events are so popular that people have already started signing up for the limited spaces available in each location.

Here are the details for our three upcoming events:

  • Olympia, WA: Tuesday, July 28 at 6 p.m.
  • Aurora, OR: Tuesday, Aug 11 at 6 p.m.

Why Should I Attend a Design Night?

At Adair Homes, we believe that the more informed you are before you build, the more confident you will feel at every stage of designing and building your dream home. During our Design Night event you will hear from experts in design and construction about what to expect when you build. We keep the group at each Design Night event small so that you can ask our experts anything and walk away feeling like you have all the information you need to turn your vision for your dream home into a reality.

When is the Best Time to Attend a Design Night?

At Adair Homes our friendly and knowledgeable sales team is available 7 days a week at Sales Centers around Washington and Oregon. Our Design Night event is best for people who plan to start the process of building their own custom home within the next three months. This includes people who do not yet own land (more than half of our customers don’t own land when they start the process), do not yet have financing (our team at Alliance Financial can simplify the construction loan process), but have decided that building custom is the right choice for their next home.

If you are still deciding if building a custom home is right for you, or just want to learn more about the possibilities, you’ll still come away from a Design Night feeling informed and inspired.

How Frequently Are Design Night Events Scheduled?

Design Nights are scheduled throughout the year at various Sales Center locations, but typically only once or twice per year in each location. That means that if you miss an upcoming Design Night in Olympia it may be several months before you have another opportunity. Design Night events differ from a typical visit to a Sales Center location because you have access to experts, including our in-house interior designer, our construction team, and other team members. That means you can get more information in less time to fast track your new home.

How Can I Attend?
