- Choosing the right floor plan with options that will give the most value to your home is very important. We walk you through this process and give you our experience on which options will give you the most value.
- Find a lot that is flat or with little slope to keep your site development costs to a minimum. Steep slopes can cause you to have extra foundation over and above what is included with your new home. This can be very expensive and does not add value to your home as some options do.
- Location, Location, Location. As always this is very important because you do not want to overbuild in an area where the values of other homes will bring yours down and prevent you from receiving a favorable appraisal.
