Morgan Roskam

My love for homes and interior design was realized at age 21 when I sought out and then purchased my first home, a 1908 craftsman in Southwest Washington. A Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing launched the first part of my career in marketing and customer experience, and further education with the Interior Design Institute lead me to the homebuilding industry. I am grateful for my role at Adair that allows me to do what I am most passionate about - helping others achieve an interior space that reflects their unique personality and style. I am proud that Adair makes the dream of home-ownership a reality by partnering with our customers and advocating for affordability and quality.

They must provide a clean and sturdy surface on which to make dinners, write letters, and hold precious objects. Your countertops must complement the style of your home and create interest—but not so much that their color and pattern take away from the overall design aesthetic. In short, your countertops matter!

The use of structural and decorative tile has been around a lot longer than you might think! Beautiful tile work has been discovered in architectural remains from the early 13th Century B.C. First made out of baked clay, the term ‘tile’ now refers to many colorful, cut materials including ceramic, stone, metal, clay and glass. Today, the use of tile is ubiquitous to kitchens and baths; its properties are perfect for protecting drywall from heat, water, and oil.

Considering how long tile has been in use, choosing a tile for your home can seem a bit overwhelming. Adair Homes has curated a selection of quality materials to choose from—but the style is all up to you.
