Phase 1: Let’s Get Started
During your first meeting with us, we’ll give you all the facts about our unique home building process. We build custom homes that are energy efficient, eco friendly, and budget friendly. You’ll learn how we can create a superior quality home, backed up by a 10 year warranty.
During this visit, you’ll also choose a plan that works best for your family through an HLS Assessment and Lifestyle List. The HLS assessment calculates your home, land, and site development costs and that coupled with your lifestyle needs will provide the best home for you at a budget that is right.
Phase 2: Lock and Load
With your home order reviewed and approved, our drafting team will complete your finalized home plans while we lock in your industry leading 120 day price protection. As we receive your appraisal, we will finalize your permit package and prep for breaking ground by meeting your personal construction team and reviewing final plans and designs.
Phase 3: Stamp of Approval
Here is where a domino of approvals will start falling into place as your loan is funded, permits are approved, and site development is completed. Finally, we will complete your site inspection with a fine tooth comb to ensure that building will run smoothly, and then we are ready to roll!
Phase 4: Stake in the Ground
This is the phase where all the action takes place. We pour the foundation and your home is underway. As your home begins to take shape, we will conduct a mid-point review and ensure any owner development responsibilities have reached completion.
Finally, comes the home orientation and walk through, and before you know it, it will be moving day in your brand new home built just for you. You can set up house and home and breathe deeply knowing this will be a home you can love for a lifetime!
