Find me on:

You spoke, we listened. You told us that you love the look of stone exteriors to create exceptional curb appeal for your custom home design. And it makes sense, stone is the perfect element to give your home a Pacific Northwest look and feel, like an old rustic cabin.

In fact, so many of our customers asked for this option that we have designed a brand new stone exterior package that you can select for your new home.

As the Pacific Northwest’s premier on your lot builder we build homes for hundreds of families every year. We use that information to continually innovate our custom home designs. Our newest stone exterior is the latest example of our commitment to listen to our customers.

In fact, our new stone exterior is just one of three new exterior designs we’ve rolled out in the last year in response to customer demand.

Here’s a peek at two more of our newest exterior custom home design packages:

Craftsman

Our Craftsman series takes the classic charm of a 1920’s bungalow and combines it with modern design to create a home that’s simply stunning. The Craftsman architectural style is recognizable by features such as tapered columns, a low-pitched gable roof, multi-pane windows, and front porch.

The Craftsman exterior option is currently available for the following plans: Mt Rainier, Mt. Hood, Josephine, Madison, Blakely, Oswego. Visit a Sales Center or contact us by Live Chat to find out more about availability of the Craftsman exterior plan for additional floor plans.

Impressions

Our Impressions series is reminiscent of charming and timeless New England carriage houses. The Impressions series features optional shake, resilient James Hardie fiber cement siding, and elegant exterior carriage lights. This gives your home an elegant and inviting look.

The Impressions exterior option is currently available for the following plans: Mt Rainier, Mt. Hood, Josephine, Madison, Blakely, Oswego. Visit a Sales Center or contact us by Live Chat to find out more about availability of the Impressions exterior plan for additional floor plans.

Of course, at Adair Homes every design is simply the beginning. You can mix and match elements from different exterior designs to create a home that is completely unique. Visit a Sales Center and speak with a Home Ownership Counselor to learn more.
