Find me on:

As the old proverb goes, home is where the heart is, and that’s because life’s best memories happen at home. Whether you’re gathered around the kitchen table for your weekly family game night, recording baby’s first triumphant steps across the nursery floor, or snapping photos of your teen before prom- from the everyday moments to the once in a lifetime, so much of what we love about life is shared at home.

So, don’t you deserve a home that serves as the perfect backdrop for your memories?

We think you do!

Below, let’s take a look at a few of our favorite floor plans for enjoying both the everyday moments and the significant ones, too.

Indoor / Outdoor Living

Are you a fan of indoor / outdoor living? The Liberty floor plan is not to be missed. A custom home built with these plans will be spacious and accommodating to a larger family without sacrificing privacy.

One of our favorite elements of the Liberty is the optional wrap around porch. Imagine sipping your warm coffee in the misty morning air or relaxing with an afternoon tea as you watch the sun set.

Because the wrap around porch is so large, the entire family can enjoy it at the same time. Set out a row of rocking chairs and catch up on each other’s lives in the gentle afternoon breeze.

The Liberty floor plan also allows for a covered patio off the master suite, which is the perfect, quiet spot for outdoor reading.

Entertainment Zone

The living room should be for entertaining and the bonus room should be living- especially if you have the space.

The Creston floor plan gives you space to have both. In fact, in the Creston, the bonus room is even larger than the living room! And that’s by design. While you’ll inevitably use your living room for formal functions, the second-floor bonus room is all about fun. Turn it into the quintessential game room with a pool or ping pong table. Create a TV and entertainment zone with game consoles. Add a snack bar complete with mini-fridge so no one has to make the trek down the stairs and to the kitchen when the munchies strike.

But there’s also enough space for non-gaming, practical use as well. For example, you can set up a homework station along one wall in the bonus room. It’s a great place for setting up family computers, too.

The Other Entertainment Zone (a.k.a. Your Kitchen)

Everyone knows the kitchen is the heart of the home. More memories are made in the kitchen than perhaps any other room.

Can you see yourself gathering around an oversized kitchen island during a family party, chopping vegetables while catching up with friends, or helping your kids build their science fair projects?

We think the the Mt. Rainier floor plan creates an amazing kitchen that’s perfect for a crowd. Plus, the tucked away butler’s pantry extends the functionality of your kitchen (and may just be the perfect place to hide dirty dishes when you’re entertaining in your kitchen).

Have Enough Room to Accommodate Everyone

Do you need a home that’s flexible for multi-generation living? Perhaps you’re looking for room to accommodate your parents, your siblings, an adult child who’s returned to the nest, or a live-in caregiver.

Having a dual master suite is also ideal when you entertain a lot of overnight guests. Give them space and privacy with a separate space.

The Ashland floor plan is a great choice for dual masters. This split floor plan features masters on complete opposite sides of the home for maximum privacy. Plus, the second master also includes an en suite bathroom.
